Sussex Homesearch is an independent Property Search Agent based in West Sussex just outside the city of Chichester. We find and acquire residential properties for private clients be it a family home, weekend cottage, holiday home or relocation to the district.
The company was founded over 10 years ago and has since helped dozens of its clients find their ideal homes in the area. The company's clients mainly come through referrals and recommendations and it is now widely accepted as being one of the leading Search Agents in West Sussex.
Sussex Homesearch is well positioned in the heart of West Sussex to cover areas from Midhurst, Petworth, Pulborough, Arundel, Chichester and the South Coast villages from the Witterings, Itchenor and Bosham to Emsworth.

- Search
Sussex Homesearch believes that the key to successfully representing your interests lies in truly understanding your requirements. Free of charge, we come and meet you at a time and place to suit you. We have a detailed discussion where we can clearly ascertain your property preferences while providing guidance on what is achievable for your budget in the current market.
Over the years we have established an extensive network of contacts which comprises of estate agents, developers and private vendors. This means that as well as being informed about all properties currently available, we also know about properties which aren’t officially on the market. An essential element of the service we provide is the previewing of potentially suitable properties on your behalf. This saves you time, expense and disappointment.
Having previewed the properties, we are able to discard the clearly inappropriate properties and produce a list of the ones that fit your criteria.
Viewings are organised to suit you and we can often arrange more flexible viewing times than you would normally be offered when searching as an individual. Sussex Homesearch accompanies you to all viewings and will be there to provide impartial advice and discuss feedback afterwards.
- Negotiation
When the right property is found, we discuss negotiation tactics with you. We believe that our experience helps us to achieve the best possible terms and price for you.

- Post Purchase & Legal work
Once the price is agreed, we manage the entire conveyancing process, liaising with the estate agent, your solicitor and mortgage broker if applicable. In our experience, even after a purchase has been agreed things can potentially go wrong. The period leading up to exchange, and then completion, of the purchase is often stressful for all the parties, not least our clients.
