Yes.

What are your fees?

We work on the basis of an initial registration fee of £475 which covers a period of 6 months search then a % commission based on the purchase price of the property or 15% of the negotiated saving (whichever is the greater). The negotiated saving being the difference between the asking price and the purchase price. The registration fee is deducted from the final fee.

For rental properties there is an initial registration fee of £475 then one months rental fee.

Can you also help us to sell our property?

Yes we possibly can if your property is in West Sussex as we may have a client on our books whose brief matches with what you are selling. Go to 'Property to sell?' and fill out the form.
