Search
A bespoke personal service – An initial face to face meeting to fully understand your brief. Ongoing updates to keep you informed at all times during the property search.
Assessment & Pre views - All potential properties are assessed before hand and the selected ones are visited before client viewing.
Viewings - Fully accompanied visits to the properties you wish to view. We will advise and point out if there are any potential problems or conflicts.
DVD - We can provide you with a DVD or photographic virtual tour of the interior or exterior of suitable properties. (subject to agreement)
Tours - We offer orientation / familarisation tours within the area that you wish to visit or know more about.
Negotiation
We assist in the purchase negotiations by bidding on your behalf, thereby getting you the very best purchase or rental price at the terms that suit you. We maintain a constant dialogue between Solicitors and Agents once an offer has been accepted.
Before exchange we will compile a comprehensive report covering all aspects of your purchase. E.g. Planning, Restrictive covenants, Local amenities, Adjoining owners, Rights of way, Transport and comparable sales etc.
Post Purchase
If required we provide assistance with Solicitors, Architects, Surveyors, Finance, Builders, Insurance and Interior Design.
